Twenty years of experience in the IT, Training and Education industries, held various positions and shouldered responsibilities in the areas of Business Development, Marketing, Franchise development and support, Retail sales management , Branding, launching of new products, Training, HR – Staffing, People management, motivational appraisal, strategy designing, placements, operations. My core skill is into operations and People management.
Involved in running the business process unit assigned as a profit center with my unconventional planning and implementation activities. Responsibilities included training need analysis, planning of various programs to fill the GAP (skill, knowledge and expertise gaps) for helping the young students with Academic to Corporate Transition, planning of Marketing activities, setting and achieving business targets, designing publicity campaigns, implementation and facilitation of training programs for the corporate and retail markets, motivating the in-house and contracted staff.

Had an opportunity to work under Dr. Amitabh Chandra (A highly qualified and experienced professional with a PhD from Cornell University, Retired in Essar Telecom as a Vice President), Prof. P.V.Laxmipathy (of IIM A) who mentored and supported me in my career transition ( Individual contributor phase to Leader phase) during 2004 -2008
Was involved majorly in supporting youngsters with Academic to Corporate Transition tools. Designed and delivered Collaborative learning methodology in rural schools, Counseled more than 5000 school children, 2500 Engineers,1500 Management graduates and Management Executives ( Vice President, C.E.O., and Managing Directors of various Top Notch Corporate companies)


My wife is a classical Carnatic Musician and I am blessed with two kids (Vishal and Vaishali).
